We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across Saudi Arabia, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis (ideally commercial real estate), financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making. What you’ll do Source new properties, landlords and local authority areas Negotiate with owner and/or landlords Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
