Support market research and site selection
Maintain transaction timelines and milestone tracking
Prepare and distribute transaction status reports
Prepare scope packages for funding approvals
Initiate purchase orders and ensure compliance
Process invoices for approval and expedite payments
Track and report on transaction expenditures
Conduct variance analysis and provide reporting
Assist with annual budget planning and forecasting
Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance
Coordinate vendor selection and on-boarding
Monitor service level agreements and metrics
Research and resolve purchasing issues
Maintain vendor database and contract documentation
Coordinate due diligence reviews
Implement and monitor corporate standards
Maintain transaction files and documentation
Distribute transaction information to stakeholders
