Job Profile Summary Responsible for preparing research reports, building underwriting models, and supporting the acquisition process. Coordinates due diligence, financial evaluations, and third-party vendor activities while assisting with construction administration and general real estate team operations. What you’ll do Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords, developers, and relevant local authorities across Singapore. Negotiate with landlords and developers, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements to secure viable sites. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks within the Singapore market. Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and development opportunities. Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory updates, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Singapore. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
