What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience in sales enablement, readiness, onboarding, training operations, vendor enablement, or scaled commercial operations, Direct experience supporting outsourced sales teams, BPO environments, or large distributed sales organizations, Experience operating in software, SaaS, cloud, ads, or another high-velocity commercial environment, Proven ownership of onboarding, ramp quality, certification programs, and seller readiness outcomes, understanding of sales funnel performance, quality frameworks, frontline coaching, and manager effectiveness, Executive presence, operational discipline, and the ability to influence vendor leaders and internal cross-functional stakeholders

What You'll Do.

Build and scale the onboarding

and seller readiness operating system across OpenAI’s outsourced SMB Sales vendor network

Design scalable readiness frameworks

Identify performance risks early

Create repeatable systems that help sellers ramp faster

and maintain high quality as the business evolves

Travel across vendor sites

inspect frontline execution

calibrate quality firsthand

and ensure consistent readiness standards across regions

Create role-based onboarding paths

and ramp expectations for vendor sellers

Ensure vendor trainers can deliver readiness programs consistently and at scale

Design enablement for new products

certification performance

and early quality signals to identify risk early

inspection mechanisms

and feedback loops that connect readiness to seller performance and quality outcomes

Partner with Vendor Managers

and vendor leaders to diagnose and close execution gaps

Creating scalable knowledge systems and AI-enabled workflows that improve onboarding speed

and readiness inspection

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Vendor Management, Program Management, Revenue Operations, Product, and vendor leadership to design scalable commercial motions and ensure sellers are prepared to deliver high-quality customer experiences; Partner with Vendor Managers, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product, Program Management, and vendor leaders to diagnose and close execution gaps
