Lead and architect React Native applications for iOS and Android in a production environment, Develop and maintain native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) as needed, Manage state with Redux or equivalent libraries and ensure scalable architecture patterns, Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and define engineering standards, Deliver in agile/scrum environments with a focus on quality and client collaboration, JavaScript / TypeScript, React Native (5+ years), iOS & Android native module experience, Redux, Redux Toolkit, or MobX, Jira, GitHubitbucket, Slack, 5+ years professional mobile development experience, 3+ years in a lead or senior role, Proven track record leading engineering teams or projects from architecture to production, English proficiency
Nice to Have
Expo, Expo EAS, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions), Healthcare or regulated-industry software development experience, Familiarity with accessibility standards for mobile applications (WCAG), Experience with GraphQL or REST API integration in mobile apps, Background in performance profiling and offline-first mobile strategies, Experience working in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or FDA-regulated software environments
