Must Have
5–6+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, nonprofit advocacy, or legislative work, Demonstrated expertise in healthcare policy, Experience designing and delivering advocacy trainings, Experience developing policy toolkits, Experience with stakeholder engagement strategies, Ability to conduct policy analysis, Ability to track legislation, Ability to develop written advocacy materials, Knowledge of federal lobbying rules, Experience engaging with policymakers, Experience engaging with coalitions, Excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent project management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Proficiency with remote collaboration tools, Interpersonal skills, Emotional intelligence, Ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
