We work cross-functionally to improve cost, quality, and performance while supporting responsible and sustainable sourcing practices! **Position Overview:** As a Category Supplier Manager, you will lead supplier relationships and performance within an assigned category. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, support cost and supply goals, and partner with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. This role has a direct impact on supplier performance, business continuity, and overall procurement success. ## Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and build strong, collaborative relationships * Lead supplier performance management using clear metrics and continuous improvement practices * Develop and implement category strategies focused on cost, supply continuity, and quality outcomes * Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and sourcing events to achieve business objectives * Analyze market trends, benchmarking data, and cost models to inform sourcing decisions * Partner with cross-functional teams to align supplier performance with business priorities * Plan and lead supplier business reviews and strategic meetings to drive accountability and results * Ensure suppliers meet compliance standards, including ethical, regulatory, and social responsibility expectations ## Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field * 8+ years of experience in procurement
