What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, 5 years of experience in quality areas, proven experience in project launches, production quality assurance, or customer quality management. Must demonstrate expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and quality metrics interpretation, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
Preferred qualifications include experience managing customer portals (Ford, GM, Stellantis, Nissan, Honda), project management experience or familiarity with project management methodologies, and proficiency with quality management software and tools.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Manager in Project (QMP) to join our organization in Silao de la Victoria, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Represents Quality Management of the BA in the development project * Develop, establish, and communicate quality standards, procedures, and best practices for all project phases * Provide independent quality assurance of work products and processes in the area of product and process development * Escalation of process/product deviations and issues according to the defined escalation path * Monitor and analyze quality metrics, performance indicators, and key performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Conduct quality audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards * Investigate quality issues, root causes, and non-conformances; implement corrective and preventive actions * Maintain comprehensive quality documentation,
