What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, 9+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s or 7+ years of work-related experience with Masters or 4+ years with a PhD, at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”, Experience with RF systems or coursework in RF theory
Nice to Have
Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering or Physics, Active US Top Secret Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Access, Prior experience leading a team of RCS engineers (as a manager or technical lead) including hiring or allocating personnel resources, Experience performing engineering and technical development activities in the areas of RCS technologies and RF advanced mission systems., Prior project management experience, Experience designing and testing RCS materials and systems, Experience performing RCS modeling and simulation, Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, Hands-on experiences with integration, lab testing, and troubleshooting.
