What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience, Experience with Low Observable (LO) technology or Radar Cross Section or Computational Electromagnetic Codes (CEM), Experience with RCS analysis tools such as X-Patch, SENTRi, McMoM2D, FEKO, HFSS, CST or other company specific Computational Electro-Magnetics (CEM) analysis packages, Experience with CAD software packages such as NX, CATIA, CREO, The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Experience with LO design, analysis, and validation methodologies, Understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals, Experience with Infrared signature analysis and control, Programming expertise in C++, MATLAB, or other technical language is desirable, Presentation skills and ability to communicate with peers, executives and customers, Advanced Degree: Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math or other Engineering discipline
