Associate's degree in a technical, business or engineering field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, Two (2) or more years’ experience in facilities maintenance, communication skills, Ability to exercise diplomacy within a team environment, Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch between tasks quickly, Experience with facilities management procedures and policies, Experience with operating procedures of facilities and equipment, Experience working with company facilities and equipment, Experience with Microsoft Office programs to include Outlook, Word and Excel, Ability to spend considerable time standing and walking, Ability to occasionally move or lift supplies or equipment up to 50 lb.
What You'll Do.
Ensure routine maintenance and repairs are performed
Assist in the operation
and modifications of all critical environmental building systems
Maintain inventory of equipment and repairs
Oversee all aspects of reconstruction of office space
Responsible for successful day-to-day facilities operations
Coordinate with customers
contractors and movers
Assist customers with facilities issues
Interact with government agencies
Report any malfunctions or lack of compliance
timely and respectful communication
Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance
Work with FM to oversee other facility location personnel
Perform other duties as assigned
