Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field, 7–12 years of relevant experience in Production Planning / Scheduling, 7–12 years of relevant experience in Capacity Planning (RCCP / S&OP), 7–12 years of relevant experience in Material Planning / MRP, knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Oracle/ SAP, ASCP/MRP Platforms etc. ), knowledge of Capacity Planning & RCCP methodologies, knowledge of Manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and supply chain flows, Analytical mindset with ability to interpret planning data and recommend actions, Experience working with cross-functional and global teams, organizational and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in Excel and planning tools (scheduling tools)
What You'll Do.
Support Master Schedulers in executing S&OP supply plans
Maintain planning data integrity
Perform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
Analyse capacity constraints
and load vs. capacity gaps
Provide administrative support for CyberPlan reporting
Extract standard reports and data outputs from CyberPlan
Consolidate and prepare reports for Master Scheduler reviews
Ensure data accuracy and timely availability of reports
Assist in defining and maintaining lead times
Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment
Manage ERP/MRP systems to ensure material availability
Convert system-generated signals into purchase requisitions
Monitor material supply
Ensure ERP data accuracy
Act as a key interface between Sourcing
Maintain inventory levels in line with business targets
Support Master Production Schedule (MPS) adherence
Track and report planning KPIs
Identify and escalate risks impacting schedule
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

This role ensures alignment between capacity, material availability, and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to enable on-time delivery (OTD) across global Subsea manufacturing sites.
