What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM), minimum 8 years of relevant experience, Experience leading technical teams, including technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination and/or preparation of detailed technical team reports, Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Experience performing and supporting RCCA investigations, Experience leading and/or supporting Development, Production and/or Test of electrical sub-systems (including antenna, power supply or REX-receiver/exciter) in a manufacturing environment, Working knowledge of engineering support to material purchasing for test equipment and supplies, Experience leading and coordinating across multiple functions and/or engineering disciplines, Ability to understand and interpret contract requirements, program schedule, and cost data, Experience mentoring and developing junior team members, Ability to foster a collaborative team environment, while motivating the team to execute the program schedule
