Full Job Description
### Description **Job Title: **RBT Trainer **Location:** South Africa **Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST) **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities * Conduct one-on-one onboarding and training sessions with RBTs * Train RBTs on company systems, processes, and session note requirements * Guide therapists through software usage and workflow expectations * Answer questions related to processes, documentation, and ABA operational procedures * Support RBTs during onboarding and early-stage integration * Act as a professional and supportive point of contact for therapists * Assist in maintaining training materials, guides, and onboarding documentation * Monitor onboarding progress and ensure completion of required training milestones * Identify areas where additional coaching or support may be needed * Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to improve onboarding and training processes * Support therapist engagement, retention, and successful integration into the organization * Maintain accurate records of training activities, onboarding progress, and therapist communications **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred * Previous experience as an RBT, ABA Trainer, ABA Supervisor, Clinical Support Specialist, or related ABA role preferred * Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or onboarding staff preferred * Strong knowledge of ABA terminology, documentation requirements, and operational workflows preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills required * Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with therapists and team members * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Patient, supportive, and professional approach to training and coaching * Ability to explain processes and systems clearly to individuals with varying levels of experience * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * Comfort
