Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. ## **Your Role at Baxter** **This is where my hands make life-sustaining products** As a Raw Metal Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout the plant to support uninterrupted production. You will follow established procedures, instructions, and specifications to move, load, and track materials using equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and other transport vehicles. ## **Your Team** You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing team dedicated to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Your team partners closely with production operators, supervisors, and logistics personnel to ensure materials are available where and when they are needed. ## **What You 'll Be Doing** * Use the correct job procedures/instructions, drawings, specifications, sequence of operations, and established manufacturing procedures. * Move material and unload trucks using crane, forklifts, hand trucks or by whatever means necessary. * Move material to and from machines and workstations in proper sequence avoiding production delays. * Load scrap trucks as required.
