Required to climb or and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's degree or equivalent experience, Working knowledge of MS Office with strength in Microsoft Excel, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, A analytical mindset, Reliable, self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision, Able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines and also have the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and needs
Nice to Have
Planning and/or purchasing experience preferred, Experience in ERP systems preferred
What You'll Do.
Determine forecasted demand of packaging components and supplies
Manage lead times and order appropriately
Work with vendors to track delivery and resolve issues
Identify cost-saving and alternate vendors
Identify alternative packaging when needed
Consolidate packaging to common sizes
Work with product development to identify and plan packaging for new products
Ensure supply of components to support production schedule
and escalate issues and risks to supply
