Must Have
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in: Textile Technology Apparel / Fashion Technology, Experience or internship exposure in underwearra / intimate apparel fabrics, Hands-on or support role involving stretch fabrics, elastane-based materials, or bra fabrics, Junior / Trainee: 0–1 years (with intimate fabric exposure), Working knowledge of: Stretch & recovery behavior, Working knowledge of: Nylon / polyester + elastane constructions, Working knowledge of: Bra material performance requirements, Basic textile knowledge is required., Good written & verbal English.
Nice to Have
Sri Lanka textile institutes/universities preferred, Executive: 2–4 years in raw materials, fabric sourcing, or development for intimates, preferably have experience with PLM or ERP.

Track all the above with the development tracker and ensure accurate real-time updates regarding approvals
Coordinate with Sri Lanka–based and regional suppliers: Fabric knitting mills
Coordinate with Sri Lanka–based and regional suppliers: Elastic suppliers
Follow up on: Sample requests
Follow up on: Development timelines
Follow up on: Testing and compliance documentation
Act as first‑level coordination support before escalating Sr Technician Raw Material
Assist with fabric and elastic costings
Track and maintain information in PLM: Price revisions
Track and maintain information in PLM: MOQ changes
Track and maintain information in PLM: Lead times and capacity constraints
Support comparison of alternate fabrics or yarn constructions for cost or performance optimization
Be a key contact for all SCMT to ensure data updating is done in real time
Support tracking of: Stretch & recovery performance
Support tracking of: Shrinkage and colorfastness
Support tracking of: Skin-contact compliance and restricted substance requirements
Prepare material swatches & coordinate raw material to send out to the overseas office counterpart.
