Organizations use Mapbox applications, data, SDKs and APIs to create customized and immersive experiences that delight their customers.  WHAT YOU'LL DO -  You will review a large amount of traffic data (road incidents: constructions, closures, etc.), feedback from customers to improve their experience; - You will do a root-cause analysis using various data sources and tools to understand the customers’ issues; - You will make high quality edits on OSM and other internal data sources based on guidelines - You will provide investigations and analysis, find patterns and write reports; - You will tightly interact with teammates, managers and engineers to improve current tools, workflows, products and services. WHAT WE BELIEVE ARE IMPORTANT TRAITS FOR THIS ROLE -  A quick learner, ability to switch between projects with different workflow or instructions, multi-tasking; - Presence of logic, ability to reason and act independently; - Ability to stay focused on a repetitive work during a working day, keeping high quality and accuracy of data processing; - Ability to execute monotonous work in large volumes on a high level of personal efficiency - Ability to work in a team and high communicative skills; - Proficiency in English, ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal communication, read and write documentation.
