What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) simulation training environments and standards, Experience with program management, TS/SCI clearance, Associate’s degree and 8+ years of experience planning military exercises or Live-Virtual training events OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of experience planning military exercises or Live-Virtual training events
Nice to Have
program management experience in the defense, national security, or aerospace domains, training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods, working in a Joint environment, C-UAS, UASs, or Electromagnetic Warfare, Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Assess current capabilities
Track planned upgrades
Grow training resources
Communicate capability gaps
Facilitate USEUCOM’s integration within LVC environment
