As a RAM Operations Shift Lead, you will lead a team supporting HVM tasks in Boise, ID. The role requires adept coordination and communication to harmonize cross-site strategies and maintain consistent application of defect reduction and yield improvement programs. Reporting to the ID1 RAM Leadership, the RAM Operations Shift Lead will partner closely with both TW and Boise‑based Process, and PI teams to manage automated defect classification as well as resolve line yield issues. **A key part of this role is growing and empowering the team.** The RAM Operations Shift Lead will foster a culture of continuous learning by teaching technical development, enabling team members to expand their analytical and operational capabilities, and ensuring they gain confidence in decision‑making and problem‑solving. You will mentor engineers and technicians, provide structured development opportunities, and champion a supportive environment where individuals can contribute new ideas, develop expertise, and advance their careers.
