Must Have
High school diploma or GED required, mechanical aptitude, ability to problem-solve, ability to make decisions, Ability to use hand tools, handle and successfully complete basic railcar repairs and inspections, work safely and follow proper procedures, Valid Driver’s License
Nice to Have
familiarity with AAR rules and regulations

Conducts all aspects of repair and maintenance on tank cars
uses current repair procedures
Conducts railcar inspections
performs repairs as necessary
Meets the expectations and requirements of all customers
ensures that all necessary invoicing
work order information is complete
Maintains all certifications
