What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Railcar Loading and or Unloading experience, Railcar Operator / Switchman experience, Mechanical Repair experience or aptitude, MIG and or Stick Welding training or experience, High school diploma or GED required, mechanical aptitude, ability to problem-solve, ability to make decisions, Ability to use hand tools, handle and successfully complete basic railcar repairs and inspections, work in all types of weather conditions, Valid Driver’s License, able to stoop for extended periods, routinely move from kneeling to standing positions, able to lift up to 50 pounds, able to climb ladders, perform work at elevated heights, work in confined spaces, perform a FIT Test, wear a respirator, pass company physical exam, pass drug screening, pass background check
