Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience, 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, Experience with construction document, time, cost, and quality change and site safety, Experience with estimating, bidding, preparing and administering purchase orders and subcontracts, Experience with scheduling, cost control, Experience with Microsoft Office, Must have people skills, Ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and other project stakeholders, Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
