Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, Good written and verbal communication skills, Computer skills required, Able to work shifts as assigned including overtime and weekends, Maintain excellent work attendance, Able to work without supervision, Able to multi-task, Able to be trained in the proper and safe operation of vehicles used, such as locomotive and company truck, Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), Ability to work in hot/cold temperatures, Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environment, Ability to work in dusty environment, Ability to work in noisy environment, Ability to work with frequent moving/vibration/or other motion of equipment/processes, Ability to work in elevated places, Ability to perform work safely, Frequently standing, walking, rotating, bending/stooping, twisting, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and reaching or lifting at varying heights and levels, Frequently climbing stairs and/or ladders, Frequently lifting, shoveling and/or carrying 50-80 lbs, Occasionally pushing and/or pulling, Working in confined or elevated places, Must be clean shaven to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required

Unload wheat trucks and rail cars
Process appropriate paperwork
Blend wheat to specifications
Work outside all year round
Perform duties in new situations

Ensure wheat trucks/rail cars meet quality specifications
Allocate storage according to type
Enter data into computers
Understand flow of wheat process
Operate locomotive with proper training
Maintain all proper documentation
Operate all elevating and conveying equipment
Know location of all controls
Perform basic preventative maintenance
Perform housekeeping duties
Perform sanitation duties
Perform confined space work
Perform work on heights
Complete all required documentation receiving of wheat trucks
Execute all duties safely
Keep in close contact with Elevator team
Keep in close contact with Elevator Manager
Keep in close contact with Quality Manager
Keep in close contact with Sanitation Leader
Keep in close contact with Head Miller
Run all required quality tests
Prepare accurate unloading inventory on all rail cars
Release empties to railroad
Unload wheat from trucks and rail cars correctly
Unload wheat from trucks and rail cars in
Perform basic maintenance duties
Ensure Ardent Mills specifications are met when grading
Ensure Ardent Mills specifications are met when making
Comply with Master Sanitation Schedules
Perform daily housekeeping assignments
Report any malfunctions or quality problems to supervisor
Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Monitor process to ensure all requirements are met
Perform other duties as assigned
