What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in radioactive waste management or related nuclear field, Experience supporting or delivering work in regulated environments, Radioactive waste classification, characterisation and treatment processes, Understanding of waste conditioning, storage and disposal routes, Awareness of regulatory frameworks for radioactive waste management, Understanding of waste management systems and processes within nuclear facilities, Ability to contribute to technical documentation and reporting, Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, Relevant degree (engineering, environmental science, nuclear science or related discipline) or equivalent experience, Ability to work full-time on-site in Ispra, Lombardy (Italy), English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)

Provide technical support to JRC waste management activities
Support preparation and review of technical documentation
Contribute to waste tracking and data management
Coordinate interfaces with related disciplines
Support JRC in ensuring compliance
Contribute to programme reporting and governance
Operate within a multi-stakeholder environment
