**Job Description:** Join our team as a Radiologic Technologist! _We are seeking a patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to support our Sports Medicine & Orthopedics team at Utah Valley Outpatient Center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a specialized clinic setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality imaging that supports active patients and orthopedic care._ _If you 're looking for a consistent schedule and a collaborative, team-oriented environment—we’d love to connect with you._ **Why Join Us?** * Predictable weekday schedule — no nights, weekends, or call * Work closely with orthopedic and sports medicine providers * Outpatient setting with a steady, manageable workflow * Opportunity to build strong patient relationships **Posting Specifics** * **Benefits Eligible:** Yes * **Shift Details:** **7:30****AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday** * **Location:** Utah Valley Outpatient Center (Suite 301) * **Sign-on Bonus:** Up to $5,000 for eligible applicants ## **Essential Functions** * Maintains ARRT competency and performs radiographic exams per protocol * Ensures proper patient identification, positioning, and image quality * Reviews images for clarity and diagnostic accuracy * Adheres to radiation safety, infection control, and sterile technique standards * Completes exams and documentation accurately and within expected timeframes * Supports clinic workflow and provides patient education and comfort * Operates imaging equipment and systems (including PACS) effectively * Follows protocols for medical necessity, coding, charging, and reporting issues ## **Skills** * Radiographic technique and image quality * Anatomy knowledge and image evaluation * Equipment operation and electronic imaging systems * Patient communication and customer service * Teamwork and collaboration * Task prioritization in a fast-paced setting **Minimum Qualifications** * American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certification * Radiologic technologi
