Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 Days of hire if required at the affiliate, ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologist and evidence of application for CRT/DRT provided prior to start date, CRT/DRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist (from state where work is being performed) provided prior to start date
