Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncology Physician to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in Downey, CA. As a Radiation Oncology Physician, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients using advanced radiation therapy techniques. Your expertise will contribute to improving patients' quality of life and overall outcomes by providing personalized and evidence-based radiation treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and other specialists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for cancer patients. Perform thorough patient assessments, review medical histories, and conduct physical examinations to determine the most appropriate radiation therapy approach. Utilize advanced imaging technologies, such as CT scans, MRIs, and PET scans, to precisely target tumors and develop accurate treatment plans. Safely administer radiation therapy in accordance with established protocols, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes while minimizing potential side effects. Regularly monitor patients' progress throughout the course of treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on response and any emerging medical developments. Educate patients
