radar phenomenology, SNR, RCS, MTI, track accuracy, false tracks, radar processing, RF signal processing, GEOINT production, space‑based ISR systems, technical findings, system capability assessments, recommendations for CONEMP decisions, Active TS/SCI, willingness to take a polygraph exam, 5+ years of experience with radar engineering, 10+ years of experience with radar engineering
Nice to Have
leading engineering reviews, participating in mission readiness boards, briefing senior stakeholders, producing technical whitepapers, MTI dissemination frameworks, exploitation tools, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
