Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or STEM, 8+ years of experience, Master's Degree in engineering or STEM, 6+ years of experience, Demonstrated expertise of AESA radar hardware, Demonstrated expertise of radar architecture, Demonstrated expertise of signal processing, Familiar with DoD systems engineering processes, Provide SME expertise to customers, Working knowledge of C, Working knowledge of C++, Working knowledge of MATLAB, Working knowledge of Python, US Citizen, Possess Secret Clearance, Able to travel 20% of the time
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Experience directly supporting a Government customer, Technical expertise with ability to logically formulate solutions, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Excellent social skills, Ability to build consensus among peers, Ability to build solid relationships with team members, leadership, and customers, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Presentation skills, Capable of briefing audiences large or small of varying technical knowledge
