What You'll Do.
Assist in installation of racks
Assist in operation of racks
Assist in installation of rack based systems
Assist in operation of rack based systems
Respond to daily changes in installations
Respond to daily demands in installations
Assist in maintenance of Data Center rack systems
Assist in monitoring of Data Center rack systems
Monitor incidents/events
Monitor problem escalation/notification/resolution
Monitor all other aspects of Data Center support
Assist with monitoring mechanical systems
Assist with monitoring electrical systems
