Must Have
vocational education or secondary education and proven career track in disciplines related to fabrication with engineering materials, Proficiency in professional English for performing job duties – working with the company's internal systems and daily communication with other international departments, At least 2 years of proven working experience in fabrication with engineering materials, Knowledge of manual, machine and CNC fabrication methods of engineering materials, Knowledge of CNC milling, turning and 3D printing, Ability to select existing fabrication methods to fabricate necessary parts, Knowledge of mechanical design CAD and CAM tools, Knowledge of engineering material properties, Computer skills including office and engineering software, Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear manner
What You'll Do.
selecting appropriate fabrication methods
developing detailed production steps
manufacturing high-quality parts and assemblies
ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines
Develops and fine tunes fabrication steps required to build the part
develops and fine tunes step-by-step fabrication plan and/or creates CNC program using CAM software or manually
Fabricates parts using selected method
Ensures that fabricated parts meet required quality criteria and tolerances
Identifies and requests from direct manager necessary tools
materials and equipment
Suggests improvements in job organization to direct management
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
