Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), General Ledger Accounting knowledge, Account Reconciliations knowledge, Financial Close Processes knowledge, Journal Entries knowledge, Intercompany Accounting knowledge, Financial Reporting knowledge, Experience configuring Oracle ARCS Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules, Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP platforms

Design reconciliation profiles
Design reconciliation formats
Design reconciliation workflows
Design reconciliation matching rules
Design reconciliation approval hierarchies
Automate reconciliation processes
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Collaborate with Finance teams
Collaborate with Accounting teams
Collaborate with Internal Audit teams
Collaborate with IT teams
Support month-end financial close activities
Support quarter-end financial close activities
Support year-end financial close activities
Investigate reconciliation exceptions
Resolve reconciliation exceptions
Investigate unmatched transactions
Resolve unmatched transactions
Develop reconciliation dashboards
Develop reconciliation reports
Develop compliance metrics
Ensure adherence to SOX controls
