Currently we are looking for exceptional **R2R Accountant** to join our team in Lodz, Poland. **THE OPPORTUNITY** The R2R Accountant is responsible for ensuring that all general ledger reconciliations are prepared according to the agreed schedule and that all reconciling items are fully investigated and resolved. The role also involves seeking improvements in customer service and processes through increased efficiency and automation. **Core responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate statutory records. * Ensure completion of monthly control files and Balance Sheet Reconciliations. * Reconcile monthly inter-company balances and perform month-end close processes. * Maintain and improve business controls, prepare GL journal entries and reconciliations. * Generate regular and ad hoc reports. * Continuously improve systems and processes for best practices and optimal efficiency. * Manage and adhere to Service Partnership Agreements and KPIs. * Collaborate with finance groups within the SSO and other suppo
