What They're Looking For.
Must Have
College diploma (DEC) in aerospace or equivalent field, Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Technical Publications, Communication skills (written and spoken), Customer centric, Good understanding of the product change processes within Airbus, Thorough understanding of technical drawings, wiring/schematic diagrams
Nice to Have
Detailed understanding of Technical Publications processes and technologies, Basic understanding of S1000D and ATA specifications, Good knowledge of SGML and XML authoring languages, Good understanding and knowledge of engineering drawings, Modification Summary (Mod Sums) and Engineering Design Standards

Author Aircraft Maintenance Publication (AMP)
Author Illustrated Parts Data Publication (IPDP)
Author Service Bulletin (SB)
Author other publications in XML format
Analyze and respond to urgent User Comments (UCs)
Respond to urgent requests from the customer
Create technical maintenance documentation
Revise technical maintenance documentation
Issue technical maintenance documentation
Provide customer/operator with a solution for urgent requests
Reassign non-urgent requests
Reassign urgent requests missing engineering data
Identify process improvements
Implement product improvements
Attend daily meetings within the CRC
Ensure customer priorities are followed
