JFrog Security is looking for a talented R define guardrails, workflows, and success metrics To be an R&D Team Leader at JFrog Security you need… At least 2-3 years of leading experience and at least 8-12 years as an engineer Experience in managing highly-skilled developers, and the ability to lead, coach, guide, and influence them Proven experience in Go/Python/Java Experience working with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems Experience in SaaS/Cloud/Microservices architecture Advantage – Familiarity with the runtime cloud security domain for cloud-native environments with a track record of shipping high-impact capabilities Advantage – Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows, including prompt design, evaluation, privacy/governance, and measurable impact
