To strengthen our R&D structures, we are looking for a **Process Engineer** who will be responsible for machine transfers, commissioning activities, and the continuous development of existing processes. **Key Responsibilities:** **Machine Transfers & Commissioning:** * **Lead international transfers** and commissioning of machines/lines. * Supervise installations, technical acceptance, and **start-up compliance** (safety/quality). * Support process stabilization and ramp-up post-commissioning. **Process Development & Optimization:** * **Optimize R &D processes** using AI tools and Lean methodology. * Boost efficiency and quality through root cause analysis and corrective actions. * Maintain technical documentation (PFMEA, Process Flow, Work Instructions). * Conduct technical trials and validation activities. **Your Profile:** * **Degree:** Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field. * **Experience:** Machine transfers, industrialization, or process development. * **Skills:** Technical drawing interpretation and hands-on problem-solving. * **Language:** Good English (daily international cooperation). * **Mobility:** Readiness for occasional travel. ## **Nice to Have:** * Experience in **Automotive** or R&D/prototype environments. * Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing** and P
