Bachelor's degree, 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical /healthcare industry, Experience working with complex data and visualizations, Good understanding of portfolio financial and risk metrics, data management proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, Excel including macros, VBA, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, solid analytical skills, Good understanding of NPV calculation, financial modelling concepts, English
Nice to Have
Advanced/post-graduate degree, Understanding of R&D environment in the pharmaceutical industry, Background in data sciences, analytics, or related quantitative field, Familiarity with Enrich/Planview (or similar tools), Growth mindset and receptive to feedback and coaching

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data
Develop and maintain portfolio data visualizations
Integrate multiple data sets
Support ad-hoc TA analyses
Conduct data manipulation processes
Enable automation of routine visualizations
Assist in aggregating different data sources
Contribute to structuring data and outputs
Maintain and enhance existing analytics tools
Assist in developing strategic insights
Support data-driven analysis
Contribute to developing cohesive narratives
Support corporate planning processes
