We are seeking an innovative and detail‑oriented R&D Engineer to join our air to water heat pump development design team in Vacarisses, Spain. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and product innovation. Responsibilities * Conduct research and develop new products or improve existing ones to meet market demands. * Design, oversee the construction, and validate prototypes using various engineering principles and methodologies. * Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision‑making and product development. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution. * Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * 2 to 4 years of experience in R&D or related engineering roles. * Proficiency in CAD tools and simulation/modeling software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX). * Experience with data analysis and statistical methods. * Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design principles. * Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. * Ability to work on‑site in Vacarisses, Spain. * Understanding of the product development lifecycle. * Innovative mindset with a passion for technological advancements. * Advanced English level, enabling independent technical discussions with international teams.
