S. degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline, at least 3 years of experience, Hands on experience with Polymer Compound development and processing, Good understanding of Structure Property Relationships of Polymer blends, Proven track record of delivering projects and communicating results
Nice to Have
Advanced degree, Previous experience with Polymer Compound development in the wire & cable industry

Coordinate laboratory experiments
Create and modify compound specifications
