From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future — and we want you to be part of it. **R &D Manager – Hardware & Mechatronics** You will lead the Hardware & Mechatronics function within BEP Handheld R&D, with responsibility for developing competitive, robust and compliant product solutions across the full product lifecycle. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, and strong execution in line with Husqvarna Group strategies and ways of working. **About the Role** As R&D Manager, you will lead, coach and develop a team of hardware and mechatronics engineers, building strong capabilities, engagement and performance. You will secure end-to-end development—from early concepts to industrialization and lifecycle management—ensuring that solutions meet targets for performance, quality, cost and sustainability. You will drive the technical roadmap within hardware and mechatronics, aligned with product and technology strategies, while ensuring effective and structured delivery in projects including planning, resource allocation, risk management and follow-up. The role requires close collaboration across functions such as Systems Engineering, Product Management, Software, Sourcing and Operations.
