We operate role-based learning & development, knowledge management, scientific and therapeutic area training, library and subscription services, and enabling technologies. The Senior Manager, R&D Knowledge & Learning Capabilities Lead serves as the architect and optimizer of the Knowledge & Learning operating system. This role is accountable for designing, governing, and continuously improving the capabilities, operating models, standards, and enabling technologies that allow the global R&D Knowledge & Learning organization to scale with speed, quality, and compliance. This leader works horizontally across Knowledge Management, Learning Business Partners, scientific/product/therapeutic training teams, GxP Training, and global learning operations, strengthening how these capabilities function individually and together.
