Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Dairy Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field, Enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship, Familiarity with protein analysis techniques, Familiarity with standard analytical methods used in food or dairy testing, Detail-oriented, Organized, Capable of independently managing experiments and timelines, Proactive, Curious, Analytical skills, Good communication skills, Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
