Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a similar field, Enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship, Comfortable working hands-on in both pilot plant and laboratory environments, Investigative mindset, Resilient, Proactive, Able to work independently, Comfortable with experimental work, Comfortable with analytical testing, Comfortable with interpreting technical results, Communication skills, Collaboration skills, Enjoy working in a multicultural team environment
Nice to Have
Previous internship experience in the food industry, Prior exposure to emulsions, Prior exposure to rheology, Prior exposure to mixing technologies, Prior exposure to process engineering concepts
What You'll Do.
Support qualification of new pilot-scale pre-emulsion system
Understand processing conditions and emulsion quality
Conduct pilot plant trials
Design and execute experiments
Perform analytical measurements
Analyse process-product relationships
Develop scale-down strategy
Benchmark pilot emulsions
Contribute to SOP development
Present findings and recommendations
Collaborate on shared intern project
