What You'll Achieve.

Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently, Participate in team lifts of approximately 60 pounds, Remain in a stationary position or move throughout the production floor for extended periods (up to 8+ hours), Operate, position, adjust, or move equipment, tools, or materials, Capable of performing consistent, manual production tasks over long shifts, Work in typical manufacturing environmental conditions, Areas requiring PPE, Exposure to noise, Temperature variation, Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

Must Have
analytical and problem-solving skills, Basic understanding of engineering or scientific testing methods, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret technical data, Effective communication skills for presenting technical findings, Detail-oriented with organization skills, Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, Ability to work both independently and in team environments, Adaptable in a fast-paced R&D setting
Nice to Have
Exposure to laboratory testing or research environments, Familiarity with solar technologies or materials science, Experience with data analysis tools or programming
What You'll Do.
Assist in design and execution of experiments
Evaluate performance and durability of solar technologies
Conduct modules and extended reliability testing
Conduct module characterization
Utilize analytical tools to process data
Present findings to R&D team
Assist in preparation and assembly of prototypes
Perform destructive testing for material evaluation
Support identification of manufacturing defects
Perform general support tasks for R&D

Collaborates closely with engineers and cross-functional teams; Work alongside engineers; Present findings to the R&D team and stakeholders; Enhance collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams
