What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline, 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in systems and hardware design, including integrated circuits and complex electronic systems such as servers, mobile devices, or similar platforms, technical foundation in both digital and analog circuit design, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues, Solid knowledge of, and interest in, high-speed design concepts, including signal integrity challenges and power distribution techniques, Practical experience in measuring, testing, and characterizing high-speed digital signals, Proven board-level design experience using Cadence CAD tools such as OrCAD and Allegro, Proficient in programming and scripting languages including Python, Perl, and MATLAB

interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional technical teams, as well as work independently and make sound technical decisions when adaptable and willing to take on a wide range of technical projects, Self motivated with a proven ability to build productive working relationships across engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and clearly explain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
