Full Job Description

The R&D Engineer is responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of non-standard, high-priority, or innovative company projects (special projects). The role acts as the central liaison between technical teams, Production, and external partners, ensuring the successful implementation of projects that fall outside standard operating procedures, often under demanding timelines. **Responsibilities** * Design & Prototyping: Create CAD designs and develop prototypes for new systems. * Project Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor special projects from concept through delivery. * Technical Analysis: Evaluate technical specifications and develop solutions for non-standard engineering challenges. * Technology Research: Monitor industry developments and integrate emerging technologies into projects. * Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with Production and suppliers. * Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports and document processes, results, and product specifications. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in an R&D department or industrial environment. * Proficiency in design software (Inventor, SolidWorks, Ansys, MS Project). * Experience in Project Management. * Strong analytical thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and ability to work effectively in team environments. **Benefits** * Private Health Insurance * Company Bus from central spots * Fast-paced environment * Specialization in a niche market * Competitive compensation * Continuous development opportunities _This job description is intended to convey information essential to understand the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
