Must Have
Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline, equivalent practical experience and demonstrated competence
Nice to Have
Familiarity with 3D CAD tools, such as Creo Parametric / ProEngineer, Experience or understanding of FEA tools (e. g. , Altair HyperWorks, ANSYS), Understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), fundamentals in mechanics of materials, kinematics, and materials engineering, Practical knowledge of material testing methods, such as fatigue and creep testing, Interest or exposure to AI / ML concepts and their application in engineering, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with understanding of mechanical and thermal material properties, Hands‑on engineering capability and willingness to engage directly with hardware, prototypes, testing and failure investigation, Programming skills in Python, C++ or MATLAB for simulation automation and data analysis
