Must Have
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related subject from a Polytechnical/Technical University, Good know-how in 3D CAD and FEM software tools required, High expectations on quality of work in all regards, Independent, proactive and goal-oriented personality, Practically oriented and hands-on way of working, Self-motivated, committed, willing to learn, Excellent communication skills, Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
Working experience in an R&D environment is a plus, Experience in project management is a plus

Execute product-development-related engineering activities for specific R&D projects from concept to series implementation
Support the Design Lead in product development topics
Plan and supervise assembly
disassembly and inspection of prototypes together with other experts
Contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D processes and activities
