Must Have
Master’s degree in Electrical, Energy, Materials or Chemical Engineering, or in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry, At least 10 years of experience in test laboratories, in university and/or industrial environments, In-depth knowledge of electrical insulating experience planning and supervising electrical, familiarity with laboratory assets used for electrical, understanding of technical specifications and QHSE requirements, Good to excellent spoken and written English

PhD may be considered equivalent relevant experience

In this role, you will: * Oversee and coordinate laboratory team activities, ensuring efficient workflow, clear task delegation, conducting training sessions, and a collaborative working environment. * Plan and supervise electrical tests that support the development of new products and improvements in material properties, with a strong focus on industrial application. * Analyze test results and prepare reports for stakeholders. * Work with universities and internal or external stakeholders to keep laboratory activities aligned with state-of-the-art practices and business needs. * Ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and QHSE regulations. * Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients and third parties, supporting high-quality service and strong communication. * Promote and enforce safety protocols to protect people, equipment, and laboratory operations. **Key challenges for this role:** * Ensure high scientific/technical level on the activity of the labs and high efficiency of assets. * Increase lab’s output to face the enormous increase of requested activities. * Maintain high-quality standards even under intense pressure and extremely tight deadlines. * Act as a role model for R&D activities by driving the test activities towards industrial application. **How is success de
